RESULTS AND HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

No responsible program can guarantee a specific amount of weight loss because every person’s body, health history and level of participation are different.

We have a strong history of helping clients lose weight, and many of our clients have lost between 20 and 50 pounds during their first eight weeks. However, individual results vary, and weight loss is not our only measure of success.

I do not want your identity to be controlled by a number on the scale. I want you to feel better, improve your metabolic health, understand how your body responds to food and learn how to maintain your progress. Losing weight matters, but gaining your health, confidence and quality of life back matters even more.

There are no gimmicks, injections, prepackaged diet foods or extreme crash diets.

We use real whole foods, a structured anti-inflammatory plan, personalized education and consistent accountability. We simplify what you eat, teach you how to combine and prepare your foods and help you identify the habits and patterns that may have been working against you.

The program requires commitment—you still have to follow the plan and participate in the process. Our responsibility is to give you a clear structure, explain why you are doing it and guide you every step of the way.

I also spent THOUSANDS of dollars on quick fixes , programs and specialists. I don’t want you to have to do another program ever again- this is the LAST program you should ever have to do. My experience and time and effort creating this program is designed so you never have to worry about this again.

What we can offer is more than 16 years of experience, a proven structure, practical education, consistent accountability and a maintenance plan.

Your results will depend on your health history, participation, consistency and willingness to change established habits. We will not simply hand you a food list and send you home. We teach you what to do, help you understand why you are doing it and remain beside you as you put it into practice.

The education you gain about food, habits and maintenance can continue serving you long after the initial weight-loss phase ends.

We have helped thousands of clients make meaningful changes during more than 16 years of coaching. Results vary, and success depends greatly on each client’s health, participation, consistency and readiness for lasting change.

Clients who follow the structure, communicate honestly and remain engaged generally experience the strongest results. When someone returns to the same habits that contributed to the original problem, maintaining progress becomes more difficult.

That is why we do more than help people lose weight. We teach them how to build a healthier lifestyle and provide a structured maintenance phase to help protect what they have accomplished.

If you want a better answer than that- I’d say 90% are successful- 10% are not. The 10% not are the people that don’t want to change their life.

OUR FOOD-FIRST APPROACH

An expensive laboratory panel is not required to begin our program.

I created this plan after spending hundreds—and eventually thousands—of dollars on testing, supplements, vitamins and wellness products while overlooking the most important foundation: how I was eating.

Bloodwork can be valuable when it is ordered for a clear medical reason and interpreted by a qualified healthcare provider. However, testing does not replace learning how to plan meals, prepare whole foods, manage portions, recognize food-related patterns and remain consistent.

We begin with what we can responsibly address: food, hydration, daily routines, education and accountability. If your symptoms or medical history suggest that testing may be necessary, we will encourage you to speak with your physician.

We begin with the foundations that affect your body every day: whole foods, hydration, healthier routines and consistent accountability.

These practices provide essential nutrients while supporting digestion, energy, blood-sugar management, weight management and a healthy inflammatory response. We also pay close attention to the changes and patterns you report throughout the program.

We do not diagnose illnesses or true food allergies. If your symptoms suggest a medical condition, we will recommend that you work with your physician for an appropriate evaluation.

After more than 16 years of coaching, we have seen how much can change when someone finally understands how to eat consistently. Our client testimony page shares many of those experiences.

We begin with food—not expensive testing, diet products or another temporary quick fix.

After coaching thousands of people( approximately over 10,000 over the past 16 years)we have learned that many clients have never been clearly taught how to eat, recognize their patterns or maintain their progress. That is where we begin. You need it simplified

Maintenance has been part of my vision since I created the program in 2012. At my highest weight, I was approximately 230 pounds. I knew losing weight would never be enough if I did not learn how to keep it off while living a healthy, balanced life.

We are also a faith-based business. God is our cornerstone, and we seek to serve every person with honesty, compassion and respect. We welcome people from all backgrounds, and faith is never forced upon anyone. My testimony and my struggles is what has been woven deeply into every part of the program- it’s important to me that I not only share with you my struggles but how I overcame and corrected it. This is more story.

No. We teach you how to shop for, prepare and enjoy real whole foods.

For clients who want additional convenience, program-compatible prepared meals may be purchased separately through our meal-preparation partner, Zero Doubt Kitchen. These meals are entirely optional and are not required to complete the program successfully.

No. We do not use under-the-tongue weight-loss drops, and success in our program is not dependent on purchasing a large collection of supplements.

Before developing this program, I worked with different doctors and programs that recommended numerous supplements and wellness products. Through more than 16 years of coaching, I found that supplements could not replace the fundamentals: whole foods, appropriate portions and combinations, hydration, consistent routines, stress management and accountability.

When appropriate, we may discuss basic options such as minerals, quality water and incorporating mineral-containing salt into food. These recommendations are individualized because supplements, added minerals and sodium are not appropriate for everyone. Clients with medical conditions or those taking medications should consult their healthcare provider.

We also offer access to ionized alkaline water infused with molecular hydrogen through our hydration station, but using it is optional and it is not required for success.

Our philosophy is simple: food first. You may have already spent enough money chasing the next promising product. We want to help you build your foundation before assuming you need something else.

MAKING THE PROGRAM FIT YOUR LIFE

Not at all. During onboarding, we teach you a simple “get up and go” method for planning and preparing your food.

Most clients can organize their basic weekly plan in about an hour. Daily meals are designed to be simple and practical, without complicated recipes or spending hours in the kitchen.

Yes. We teach you how to prepare straightforward meals that generally take approximately 15–25 minutes.

You do not need elaborate recipes, advanced cooking skills or a perfectly organized schedule. We help you build a realistic weekly structure that works with your responsibilities and lifestyle.

Yes. We partner with Cleveland-based Zero Doubt Kitchen to offer convenient, program-compatible meals that can be delivered to your door.

Their team brings healthcare and nutrition experience to the meal-preparation process, and we work with them to identify meals that meet our program guidelines. Prepared meals are an optional convenience and are not required for success.

Yes. Many of our clients travel for work, spend a great deal of time driving or regularly take their children to practices and activities.

We teach you how to make practical choices in airports, restaurants, hotels and on the road. You can also participate from outside Ohio. Our goal is to help you make the program work within your real life—not require you to put your life on hold.

OUR TEAM AND PROFESSIONAL ROLE

Our team includes Certified Holistic Health and Wellness Coaches with training in accountability coaching, whole-food nutrition and detoxification-focused education.

I originally began my education intending to become a physician assistant because I have always loved science and the medical field. However, I felt God leading me toward the behavioral and psychological side of lasting change. I pursued studies in business management and psychology, with an emphasis on behavioral change.

I have spent more than 16 years coaching clients in weight loss and maintenance, and I personally train my coaches in the structure and philosophy of our program. Each coach has also completed the program, so we understand this journey from both sides.

No, and I am always transparent about that. I am a coach and educator—not a physician. I do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication or replace medical care.

My education originally began with the intention of becoming a physician assistant. In 2009, I felt called to focus on psychology, behavior change, business and coaching. I am trained in holistic health and wellness coaching, accountability and whole-food-focused detoxification education.

My team and I work alongside your healthcare providers by offering the education, practical structure and accountability needed to put healthy recommendations into practice.

Because we respect professional boundaries and keep the client’s well-being at the center of the process.

Physicians often do not have enough time during a medical appointment to provide frequent meal-planning education, behavioral support and ongoing accountability. We help fill that gap while encouraging clients to remain connected with their medical providers.

When appropriate and authorized by the client, we can communicate and work collaboratively with their healthcare team.

We have worked alongside and today, receive referrals from medical doctors, functional-medicine providers, naturopathic practitioners, chiropractors and other healthcare professionals.

We do not replace medical care. We complement it by providing food education, lifestyle structure, behavior-change support and consistent accountability.

GLP-1 MEDICATIONS AND MAINTENANCE

You are welcome here.

Some clients want to improve their nutrition while taking a GLP-1. Others want to establish healthier habits that may support them if their medication plan changes in the future.

We do not prescribe, adjust or discontinue medication. Those decisions belong to you and your prescribing healthcare professional. Our role is to help you nourish your body appropriately, establish sustainable habits and remain accountable while following your physician’s medical guidance.

Yes. Maintenance is one of the central parts of our program.

If you and your prescribing healthcare professional decide that reducing or discontinuing a GLP-1 is appropriate, we can support you with food education, behavior-change strategies, accountability and a structured maintenance plan.

Any medication reduction or discontinuation must be directed and monitored by the prescribing healthcare professional. We work alongside that medical care by helping you build the daily habits necessary for long-term success.

Absolutely. Maintenance is not an afterthought—it is one of the greatest differences between our program and many traditional weight-loss plans.

Losing weight is only the first part of the journey. We teach you how to reintroduce foods thoughtfully, recognize your personal patterns, navigate real-life situations and maintain a healthy balance without returning to an all-or-nothing mindset.

Our goal is not simply to help you lose weight. It is to help you understand how to live after the weight is gone.

RESULTS AND HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

Absolutely. I personally had more than 100 pounds to lose, and I understand how overwhelming that can feel. I lost the weight and learned how to maintain it—and that experience became part of the foundation for this program.

We teach you how to use whole foods, a simplified structure and consistent habits to support healthy weight loss and help your body work more efficiently. The goal is not to make you repeatedly pay for another “round.” It is to educate and equip you so you can continue making progress with greater confidence and independence.

Your timeline will be personal to you, and individual results vary. We will help you establish realistic goals and determine which level of coaching will best support your journey.

You are not alone. Our typical client is between 50 and 75 years old, and our oldest client is 90! I am also certified in premenopause, perimenopause and postmenopause coaching, so I understand how confusing this stage can feel.

Inside the program, I explain what is happening as sex hormones change, why women may experience increased fat storage or a shift in where weight is carried, and why menopause does not mean you are destined to continually gain weight. I answer the questions many women have carried for years and help you understand your body without fear or shame.

We begin with whole foods, hydration, meal structure, stress patterns and consistent accountability. We teach you strategies to support a healthier body composition, regulate your nervous system and better manage the daily stress that can influence sleep, cravings, energy and weight.

You do not need an expensive hormone or laboratory panel to begin. We do not diagnose medical conditions or require bloodwork as part of our coaching program. If your symptoms suggest that medical testing would be helpful, we will encourage you to work with your physician.

Most importantly, we do not hand every woman the exact same plan. Your guidance is tailored around your life, needs and level of support. We care deeply about educating you so you can make informed choices and help your body work more efficiently during menopause and beyond.

Yes. This program is for adult women of all ages and is not limited to women experiencing perimenopause or menopause.

Beginning in 2014, we placed a greater emphasis on helping women understand how stress, changing hormones and different stages of life can influence their habits and weight. However, the foundational principles—whole foods, hydration, healthy routines, reduced reliance on highly processed foods and consistent accountability—are valuable at every age.

In fact, learning these habits earlier can help prepare you for the natural changes your body may experience later in life. You do not need to have symptoms or be over 40 to benefit from understanding how to nourish your body.

PROGRAM OPTIONS, COST AND PAYMENT

We offer several program options based on your goals, desired level of support and coaching needs. Programs may range from two to six months, with the option to continue into a separate maintenance program after the initial phase is complete.

Our most popular option is the six-month Coach Accountable Program. During the first four months, you receive more active coaching and accountability. During the final two months, we gradually give you more independence while continuing to meet with you approximately every 30 days. This allows you to practice what you have learned while still having support available.

At the end of the six months, we discuss the psychology of long-term maintenance and why continued accountability during the following year can be so valuable. Our goal is to help you become confident enough to live what you have learned—not remain dependent on a program forever.

The cost depends on the length of the program, how much coaching you need and how frequently you would like to communicate with your coach.

Some clients want frequent, hands-on guidance, while others prefer a more self-directed approach. Programs may also include optional wellness services such as BrainTap, red light therapy or infrared sauna sessions.

Our two- to six-month programs typically range from approximately $1,599 to $2,500, depending on the selected program, coaching level and included services.

Your investment covers much more than a food plan. It includes our education, tools, structure, coaching and years of experience helping clients build habits they can use for a lifetime. During your consultation, we will explain the available options clearly and help you determine which one best fits your needs and budget.

Our holistic metabolic reset and coaching programs are not currently billed directly through health insurance.

We offer several payment-plan options to help make the program more manageable. We can also accept eligible HSA and FSA payments; however, eligibility depends on your individual plan and its rules. Some administrators may require supporting documentation or a letter of medical necessity from a qualified healthcare provider.

We recommend confirming eligibility directly with your HSA or FSA administrator before enrolling.

We also offer 3rd party financing through Cherry. This allows people that are qualified to obtain a low monthly payment and even have 0% interest for 6 months *
